About the firm

Serious consulting for the businesses that build India.

Legacy House Advisory exists to give small and medium businesses the calibre of strategic advice usually reserved for large corporates. Practical, rigorous and personally led.

Our purpose

Great advice, made accessible.

Small and medium businesses are the backbone of India's economy, yet they are too often locked out of the structured, data led thinking that helps a company grow with confidence.

We founded Legacy House Advisory to change that. We take the tools and discipline of global consulting and put them to work on the day to day realities of a growing business: winning more revenue, keeping more profit and running operations that stay out of their own way. The goal is simple, to help our clients build something that lasts.

Our story

It began in Amsterdam.

After his MBA, our founder Abeer Lall spent a year working as a freelance consultant in Amsterdam, where he saw how efficiently small Dutch companies ran their operations and managed their resources.

Up close, it was a revelation. These were not large corporations with deep pockets. They were small and medium businesses, and yet they punched far above their weight, because good management was simply part of how they worked. They ran lean, disciplined teams and achieved a great deal with them.

Coming home, Abeer saw the contrast clearly. India's small and medium businesses are just as ambitious and hard working, but very few advisors serve them. The best strategic thinking stays reserved for large corporates, while the companies that create most of the country's jobs are left to figure it out alone.

Legacy House Advisory exists to close that gap. We bring the discipline Abeer saw in the Netherlands, combined with the rigour of global consulting, to the small and medium businesses of India. Our aim is simple: to help MSMEs grow, run better and make it big.

Abeer brings together two things MSMEs rarely find in one advisor: the analytical rigour of global finance and the hands on discipline of operational improvement.

He holds an MBA in Finance from IIM Bangalore and an undergraduate degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi. Over four years at Société Générale, one of Europe's largest banks, he worked as a consultant and lead business analyst, solving complex problems with structured analysis, process mining and financial modelling.

His toolkit is backed by serious credentials: a CFA, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for process excellence, and a PMP for disciplined project delivery. Earlier roles at JM Financial and Technopak Advisors shaped a practical, results first way of working. Every engagement at Legacy House Advisory is led personally by Abeer, so clients get senior attention rather than a handover to a junior team.

We do the analysis properly. Advice is only as good as the thinking behind it.

Integrity

Honest, independent counsel. We tell you what you need to hear, not what is easy.

Practicality

Strategy that fits your business and your team, built to be implemented rather than admired.

Let us build something that lasts.
